Before your arrival, please check and understand the following information carefully.When you complete your reservation with us, you also confirm that you agree with our House Rules during your visit.

Check in/out

Check-in 16:00~
Check-out ~10:00

If you check out after the specified time, the fee will be charged according to the following ratio:
10:30～12:00 50% of the price of the day(for ten people),
12:00〜14:00 75% of the price of the day(for ten people),
100% of the price of the day(for ten people) after 14:00.

Information about self-check in/out

You can see a keybox at the righthand side of the door. Enter the password, then pree the black botton at the lefthand side of the keyboard, it will be open, and you could take the key to open the door.
＊ Password will be sent before your arrival.
＊ Please put the key back to the keybox when you check-out.

Beds

If your reservation is for 2 people or less, we will prepare a double bed for you.

For bookings with more than 2 people, we will prepare an extra single bed(bunk bed) for each additional person starting from the third person.

If you would like to change the double bed to single bed(bunk bed), please let us know at least one day before arrival.

If you want to increase the number of guests, additional charges will apply and you need to contact us in advance.

** Requests such as changes in the number of people are made on the day of check-in, we may not be able to meet your expectations, please be sure to confirm in advance.**

House Rule 

We ask for your kind cooperation in protecting the environment of Fuku Lodge
and the natural environment around us.

• Please be quiet 
  Please be quiet after 10:00 pm or enjoy a happy time indoors. Also, please refrain from talking in a loud voice outdoors or on the street at night. (We appreciate your cooperation for coexistence with neighbors and natural creature.)
  
• About smoking 
  Smoking is allowed outdoors, but please be sure to dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided. Please do not smoke indoors or dispose of cigarette butts on the ground. (Which might cause a fire accident.) If smoking is found, a cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
  
• About fire accident prevention 
  In order to prevent fires, please do not use tools indoors that light fire, such as gas stoves and gas burners. Fireworks and bonfires are strictly prohibited both inside and outside the premises.
  
• About pets 
  We cannot accommodate pets. *Please inquire in advance about bringing an assistance dog.
  
• About extinguishing a fire in the stove 
  (In winter) For your safety, please do not move the kerosene stove. Please turn off the kerosene stove before going to bed or going out. If you have any questions about how to use the stove, please feel free to contact us.
  
• About damage and defacement of facilities and equipment 
  Please be sure to report any damage, defacement, or loss of facilities or equipment. Depending on the situation, we may seek compensation.
